The Queen recalled the first time she laid eyes on the Cloaked Man. Back then he had seemed so calming and serene, but this was not the case on this occasion. The Figure’s cloak seemed to be tattered and torn, more angular, and his stance, far more menacing than inviting. He looked like he had gone through quite a journey since the last time that met.
The green light she had seen coming from the trees and plants surrounded him, almost dripping off of his body. When he spoke the light began to form shapes. She saw a place outside the kingdom, over the Hexa Hills, through the Wave Forest, across the Golden River and Micro Dessert. all the way to the World’s Edge. The only spot in the Greater World where a man could reach the end of reality. This is where you’ll find the Sphere Vortex, and this where you’ll find your King’s killer. Inside the Dark Kingdom.
The Queen told the Cloaked Man that she couldn’t leave behind all the people of her kingdom. The Cloaked Man simply smiled and suggested that maybe her newest Immortal Knight might be up for the challenge.
Back in his room the Skull Prince awoke from a dream about a glowing blue sword to find a very large bearded Immortal Knight sitting in his bedroom. The Prince was puzzled, but for some reason he had a sudden urge for adventure.
